Terms and Conditions

Reservations

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within the period noted on the payment request.
  • Once the deposit is received, we will email you a confirmation of payment and of the reservation.
  • Check-in is after 14:00, check-out is until 11:00.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests will be received by email to info@sapphoboutiquesuites.comand will be considered according to availability and may be subject to extra payment.
  • Guests may use the swimming pools at their own risk. children should not use the pools without adult supervision and under the responsibility of their parents.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties on premises are not allowed unless scheduled and approved in advance by email to info@sapphoboutiquesuites.com.

 

Payment Policy

  • The balance of the payment must be paid upon check-in in cash or one week prior to check-in by credit card or bank transfer.
  • The total amount of the reservation specified in the payment request is exclusive of any fees, including but not limited to any wire transfer fees, that may apply to it.
  • If you choose to pay by credit card be aware that every charge will include an extra fee of 2.5% of the amount charged, we accept only Master Card or Visa.
  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer be aware that any transfer fees or any other fees charged by any bank shall be paid by you.

 

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation more than 45 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation 45 days or less but more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a loss of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation 29 days or less prior to arrival will result in a loss of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@sapphoboutiquesuites.com.
  • Early check-out will result in a 100% loss of the cost of the remaining nights.
  • ‘Non-shows’ will not receive a refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation, please be aware that any transfer fees or any other fees that may be charged by any bank shall be paid by you.
  • If your reservation is non-refundable you will not receive any refund in case of cancellation.

 

Services

Sappho Boutique Suites is offering Sea Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards and Mountain bikes (“Services”).

The Services are available to our guests only and can be used by them for their own personal use. Use of the Services is subject to availability. Children’s use of the Services is only allowed under their parent’s supervision and at their own risk and responsibility.

Pets Policy

  • All dogs over 6 months are welcome at our suites.
  • If you would like to bring your pet with you to your vacation, please inform us upon making the reservation and receive our approval.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the suite and must never be left unattended inside the suite.
  • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
  • When you walk your pet please clean up after it.
  • There is a refundable deposit to guard against damages upon arrival.
  • Maximum 1 dog allowed in each suite.
  • There is an extra cost of 50Euros per night.

What are the basic requirements to accept a dog?

  • Must not be aggressive
  • Must be clean
  • Must not bath in the suite shower
  • Must have proof of current vaccinations
  • Must not have fleas
  • Owners must clean pet waste immediately
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by the dog to the suite or to the surrounding area!

Important information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The safety of our guests is on our top priority. As a result of the Coronavirus we offer you special terms and condition for the upcoming summer season.

Guests that has a reservation between the dates 1/6/2020-30/11/2020 will be able to:

  1. Change the reservation for a future stay with us (rate differences may apply), or
  2. Receive a voucher issued by Sappho Boutique Suites for the value paid by the guest, to be used for a future stay (valid until November 2021), or
  3. If your reservation was non-refundable you will receive a voucher issued by Sappho Boutique Suites for the value paid by the guest, to be used for a future stay (valid until November 2021)

 

General

  • Any request to: (i) change the reservation, (ii) receive a voucher, (iii) cancel the reservation, has to be sent by email to info@sapphoboutiquesuites.com, with a two week notice before the date of the check in, and shall include all the details of your reservation (full name, dates, total amount paid) and the transaction confirmation.
  • If you cancel your reservation, please be aware that any transfer fees or any other fees that may be charged by any bank with respect to the refund shall be paid by you.
